TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our partners — software and hardware support for our drones, primarily in English
- Manage and administer the ticketing system
- Handle and administrate service cases
- Collect recurring issues and build a structured troubleshooting knowledge base
- Train partners through multi-day training sessions, delivering in-depth technical, software, and drone pilot knowledge
Requirements
- Experience and/or education in a technical or support-related field
- Excellent, practical English communication skills (additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are a plus)
- Agile, customer-focused mindset — you enjoy being the problem-solver and knowledge-builder for partners
- Systems thinking with the ability to create clear, easy-to-understand documentation

PRODUCTION LEAD
Responsibilities
- Create weekly and monthly production plans based on incoming Sales demand
- Ensure material and resource availability (workforce, equipment) using the manufacturing and inventory modules of the Odoo ERP system
- Organize, supervise, and professionally support the daily work of the drone assembly technician team
- Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively in cooperation with cross-functional teams (Quality, Hardware and/or Software Development)
- Maintain close, daily collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Development teams
- Ensure a well-organized workshop environment and consistent adherence to technological and manufacturing standards
- Actively participate in projects to standardize and improve manufacturing processes
- Support the implementation of new workflows and functionalities in Odoo, contributing to a transparent and accountable production system
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (advantage: electronics, machinery manufacturing, or assembly)
- Strong ERP user mindset; understands the logic of Odoo or similar systems and can quickly learn production and inventory modules
- Confident with production management systems and methodologies (MRP, MPS, MES, Lean manufacturing) for planning and tracking
- Strong system-level thinking; able to structure complex or fast-changing environments

DRONE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL / MECHATRONICS)
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of our drones and their subsystems
- Build and test prototypes, analyze issues, and implement fixes
- Support manufacturing processes and create/maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- We’re looking for someone who has strong expertise in one area (or experience across several) and is open to continuous learning:
- Strong knowledge of C/C++; Python for testing and scripting
- Experience with microcontrollers (STM32 / ARM Cortex-M)
- Communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN bus
- Signal processing and sensor fusion (e.g., Kalman filters; LiDAR, radar, ultrasonic sensors, GPS)
- Motor control (ESCs, drivetrains)
- DC-DC converters and voltage regulation fundamentals
- Control systems basics (feedback loops), system dynamics, stability analysis
- Basic RF communication knowledge; RC protocols (e.g., SBUS, CRSF)
- PCB design experience, EMI compatibility, low-noise circuit design
- Confident use of oscilloscopes and measurement tools
- Hands-on experience with sensors (LiDAR, radar, GPS, etc.)

DRONE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (CAD DESIGN ENGINEER)
Responsibilities
- Understand technical challenges and carry out research before starting the design
- Design mechanical parts and assemblies (fasteners, covers/housings, accessories) from prototype to production
- Create 3D CAD models and 2D technical documentation (part drawings, assemblies, guides)
- Support rapid prototyping: build, test, iterate quickly
- Select materials and manufacturing technologies (composites, aluminum, plastics, 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal bending, etc.)
- Work closely with the electronics and software teams on integration (space planning, cooling, cable routing)
- Support prototype assembly and system integration
- Incorporate feedback from testing, production, and customers into improved designs
- Coordinate technically with suppliers and prepare manufacturing documentation
- Relevant technical degree (Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Industrial Design or similar)
- Product-focused design mindset: turning prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Confident 3D CAD skills (e.g., Fusion 360 / Inventor / SolidWorks)
- Experience creating manufacturing drawings and documentation
- Rapid prototyping experience and hands-on attitude
- Basic understanding of mechanics (strength of materials, tolerances, fasteners, standards) and basic electronics-related integration needs
