Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to our partners, including software and hardware support for our drones, primarily in English.

• Manage and administer the ticket system.

• Handle and administer service cases.

• Collect troubleshooting cases and build a troubleshooting database.

• Train our partners through multi-day courses, sharing our in-depth technical, software, and drone piloting knowledge.

• Compile test reports and provide feedback and ideas to developers.

Requirements

• Experience and/or qualifications in a technical or support field.

• Excellent, practical English communication skills (knowledge of other languages like Spanish, French, or German is a plus).

• Agile and supportive customer service—you should enjoy being the one who solves problems and builds knowledge for customers.

• A systematic approach to documentation and creating easily understandable text.

• Truly creative problem-solving skills.

• Confidence in understanding complex systems.

• Both independent problem-solving and excellent teamwork skills.

• Enthusiasm and an interest in new technologies and learning new things.

Advantageous skills

• Experience with drones or other RC (remote-controlled) devices.

• Drone pilot certification (A1-A3, A2).

• Experience in premium customer service.

• Any experience in agriculture.

• A little bit of an obsession with technical matters.
