Drone Manufacturing Technician

ABZ Innovation Kft. is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and international sales of industrial and agricultural drones.

Our proprietary drone portfolio includes spraying-optimized and multifunctional models with payload capacities ranging from 10 to 40 kg, while a higher-payload product family is currently under development. Demand for our products is extremely strong, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our dynamically expanding team—people who can make a meaningful long-term contribution to a Hungarian success story.

We are proud that our domestically developed and manufactured drones are already operating in many parts of the world, and we continue to receive new orders from an increasing number of countries.

Drone development and manufacturing is a highly diverse field, so we welcome applicants from electronics, industrial design, production optimization, software, hardware, and other relevant technical backgrounds. We are also especially happy to welcome female applicants.

Responsibilities:

Assembly of industrial drones
Performing test flights with industrial drones
Preparing test reports and providing feedback and ideas to the development team
Repair and maintenance of industrial drones
Providing technical support to partners

Requirements:

Any relevant experience and/or qualification in a technical field
Genuine creative problem-solving skills
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Confidence in understanding complex systems
Good manual dexterity and a high standard of workmanship
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
English language skills
Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness to learn new things

Advantages:

Experience with drones or other RC systems
Drone pilot certification (A1-A3, A2)
Technician/instrument technician qualification
Any experience in agriculture
A bit of an obsession with technical matters

Office Assistant / Receptionist

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant / Receptionist who would enjoy being the first smiling face our clients meet in our showroom and who thrives in a role where every day brings different tasks.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Welcoming and hosting visitors in our showroom
Managing all receptionist duties
Purchasing and keeping track of the tools, supplies, and materials needed for hospitality
Handling office administration tasks
Supporting the internal team with daily operational matters
Participating in the organization and execution of company events
Taking on other varied ad hoc tasks – with us, no two days are ever the same

We Are Looking for You If You:

Have a kind, friendly personality and enjoy working with people
Are precise and well-organized, but not intimidated by varied situations
Are creative and enjoy finding solutions independently
Adapt easily, learn quickly, and are happy to handle a wide range of tasks
Confidently use basic office software (Word, Excel, email)
Have basic English language skills

Experience in a similar position
A background in event organization or hospitality
