Drone Manufacturing Technician

ABZ Innovation Kft. is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and international sales of industrial and agricultural drones.

Our proprietary drone portfolio includes spraying-optimized and multifunctional models with payload capacities ranging from 10 to 40 kg, while a higher-payload product family is currently under development. Demand for our products is extremely strong, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our dynamically expanding team—people who can make a meaningful long-term contribution to a Hungarian success story.

We are proud that our domestically developed and manufactured drones are already operating in many parts of the world, and we continue to receive new orders from an increasing number of countries.

Drone development and manufacturing is a highly diverse field, so we welcome applicants from electronics, industrial design, production optimization, software, hardware, and other relevant technical backgrounds. We are also especially happy to welcome female applicants.

Responsibilities:

Assembly of industrial drones
Performing test flights with industrial drones
Preparing test reports and providing feedback and ideas to the development team
Repair and maintenance of industrial drones
Providing technical support to partners

Requirements:

Any relevant experience and/or qualification in a technical field
Genuine creative problem-solving skills
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Confidence in understanding complex systems
Good manual dexterity and a high standard of workmanship

Odoo Business Architect

We are currently looking for an Odoo Business Architect who can take ownership of our ongoing ERP implementation and help build the digital backbone of our fast-growing company.

We are in an intense scaling phase, full of change and growth. To support this, we need a systems-thinking, hands-on colleague who understands both IT solutions and business processes, and who can translate the “big picture” into a well-functioning Odoo ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing the ongoing Odoo ERP implementation
Coordinating external development partners and keeping project milestones on track
Understanding and mapping business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, controlling, and other company functions
Configuring Odoo processes, automations, and deeper technical settings
Taking full ownership of ERP system administration and continuous optimization
Maintaining data integrity and improving master data quality
Managing structured data migration from previous systems
Leading testing processes, including UAT, and identifying the root causes of issues
Selecting, mentoring, and training key users across departments
Working closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth cross-functional operations

We Are Looking for You If You:

Have confident, hands-on experience with Odoo
Are able to perform deeper system configurations and technical settings
Understand manufacturing, production, and supply chain processes
Can turn complex business needs into clear, logical system processes
Have a strong business mindset and communicate well with both technical and non-technical teams
Are proactive, agile, and comfortable making decisions independently
Have a builder mindset and enjoy improving systems in a scaling organization
Have professional English skills, both written and spoken

It Is an Advantage If You Have:

Knowledge of finance, accounting, or controlling processes
Experience in ERP implementation projects
Experience working in a manufacturing or hardware-focused company
Strong data migration, testing, or process optimization experience

Product Manager – Cleaning & Multifunctional Drone Series (C & M Series)

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded Product Manager to take full ownership of our C (Cleaning) and M (Multifunctional) drone platforms.

The C & M series represents the future of industrial drone applications, including exterior building cleaning, solar panel maintenance, and adaptable multi-payload industrial operations.

In this role, you will serve as the key connection between engineering and the market — transforming technical innovation into real-world business success. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, market adoption, and long-term product success.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Software, and Support teams.
Support product development by ensuring industrial market requirements are reflected in technical decisions.
Coordinate field testing and product validation activities, including cleaning efficiency and payload testing.
Collaborate with universities, research partners, and trainees on innovation projects.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

Provide advanced product knowledge and technical sales support to both internal teams and customers.
Ensure Sales, Marketing, and Support teams are fully prepared before new product launches or feature releases.
Develop and maintain sales materials, product documentation, and commercial toolkits.
Conduct competitor analysis and create comparison materials to support the sales process.

Training & Industry Presence

Deliver regular internal product training sessions.
Organize monthly distributor trainings and follow-up workshops for international partners.
Represent ABZ Innovation at industry events, demonstrations, webinars, and customer meetings.

Content & Communication

Own the product-related website content, technical communication, and official documentation for the C & M series.
Create practical use cases, educational materials, and product-focused content to support marketing and customer onboarding.
Support the creation of videos and training materials that drive user adoption and product awareness.

Market Intelligence & Product Strategy

Analyze customer feedback, distributor insights, and product usage data.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to long-term product strategy and positioning.

Product Manager – Agricultural Spraying Drones (L Series)

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to take full ownership of our L Series agricultural spraying and spreading drones.

You will play a key role in connecting engineering, commercial teams, and end users — helping transform cutting-edge drone technology into market-leading agricultural solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with a commercial mindset and has an interest in precision agriculture and AgTech.

Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, market adoption, and the long-term success of the L Series platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Software, and Support teams.
Ensure agricultural and precision farming market needs are integrated into product development.
Coordinate field trials related to spraying performance, droplet distribution, and crop coverage.
