What You’ll Do

• Exhibition Coordination & Execution: This is your primary task. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our exhibitions—from initial planning and preparation to ensuring their successful execution. You will also be required to represent the company at these events on occasion.
• Marketing Team Support: Provide direct support to the entire marketing and sales team on a variety of projects and tasks.
• Content & Presentation Creation: Use your skills to create and prepare compelling presentations, documents, and other marketing materials.
• General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the sales team as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive & Organized: You are a self-starter who can manage projects independently and keep multiple tasks on track.
• High-Level English Proficiency: You have a strong command of the English language. This is essential for professional communication at exhibitions and with partners.
• Team Player: You work well within a team, offering support and collaborating effectively with others.
• Experience in organizing exhibitions is a major plus. However, your ability to learn and take ownership of projects is what’s most important.
• Basic Graphic Design Skills are a strong advantage. We appreciate it if you enjoy creating creative materials and TikTok videos.
