We proudly announce that ABZ Innovation Ltd. has won the “Hungarian Agricultural Product of the Year 2024” title with its L30 agricultural spraying drone, presented at the 37th Bábolna Farmers’ Days exhibition.
This award is not only a recognition of Hungarian innovation but also an important milestone in the development of Hungarian drone technology, of which we are extremely proud.
The Hungarian Agricultural Machine of the Year Award was established in 2012 by the Agricultural Machinery Department of the Hungarian Engineering Science Association (GTE) and Magyar Mezőgazdaság Kft.
The aim of the award is to highlight
Hungarian technological developments and to strengthen confidence in Hungarian products.
Based on the decision of the jury, the ABZ Innovation L30 agricultural spraying drone won the award, which was presented by:
Tamás Tarpataki, Deputy State Secretary for Agricultural Markets of the Ministry of Agriculture, and György Kerényi, President of GTE’s Agricultural Machinery Department, to Gyula Török, shareholder of ABZ Innovation Ltd.
The aim of the development was to enable farmers to conduct crop protection treatments by spraying drones in a gentle, efficient, and cost-effective way. The ABZ Innovation L30 drone is the first spraying drone developed entirely in Hungary and manufactured in Europe to be equipped with a 30-litre tank and CDA (controlled droplet application).
This system allows extremely precise and efficient application of materials, making it ideal for spraying, seeding, and greenhouse shading.
Thanks to the drone’s advanced flight planning algorithm, it can accurately optimize flight paths, maximizing efficiency and ensuring fast, precise work.
In addition, optimization of downward airflow improves the distribution of applied materials, whether spraying liquids or seeds.
The L30 is capable of covering up to 21 hectares per hour when spraying, allowing for faster work.
Developed by ABZ Innovation Ltd, the L30 drone not only represents the latest technology but also demonstrates the innovative power of domestically manufactured machines.
