ABZ Clean Station

The ABZ DroneCleanStation (DCS) is a modular, high-performance ground station engineered as the dedicated service terminal for the C10 cleaning drone. By automating the maintenance cycle and fluid handling, it eliminates downtime and ensures continuous, reliable operation for large-scale architectural and industrial maintenance. Spotless Cleaning & Reverse Osmosis Technology  For environments with demanding standards or variable water sources, the DCS PRO configuration combines both a water softener to remove hardness-causing minerals and a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to eliminate dissolved salts and contaminants. The RO system produces ultra-pure water with low conductivity and a slightly acidic pH, allowing it to effectively dissolve dust without heavy chemical use. Rinsing with RO water guarantees a spotless, streak-free, and residue-free premium finish. Because it eliminates mineral spotting entirely, RO water is the ideal solution for the C10’s intensive cleaning tasks on highly reflective or sensitive surfaces, including precision sensors, windows, glass facades, and solar panels. Operational Capabilities  The DCS is controlled via a centralized interface that provides real-time data visibility across its multi-tank architecture. This allows operators to seamlessly switch between cleaning chemicals, standard water, and RO water using a remote control—without interrupting the drone’s active cleaning cycle.   • Physical Build: The station is built on a robust, powder-coated welded steel frame measuring 2200 x 1090 x 1450 mm, with an operational weight of approximately 400 kg. It includes 4 integrated forklift pockets and 4 transit mounting points for secure deployment.
  • Fluid Storage: It features a 440-liter clean water tank and a 200-liter chemical tank. Both are constructed from 10 mm thick polypropylene and feature internal baffles to prevent liquid surging during transport.
  • High-Pressure System: Powered by a 3.7 kW electric motor with IP64 protection, it delivers an operating pressure of 150–200 bar with a flow rate of 13–15 L/min. The media is delivered via a remote-controllable, friction-drive hose reel holding 60 m of hose (100 m optional).
  • Filtration & Purification: The fully automated refilling system utilizes an 80 L/min pump, passing water through 50-micron and 5-micron pre-filters and an industrial dual resin water softener with a 0.8–2.0 m3/h capacity. The optional RO system can produce 600 liters per hour of ultra-pure water with up to 75% recovery efficiency.
