Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of enthusiastic individuals from our esteemed Polish distributor partner, aeroMind. Their visit to ABZ Drone’s headquarters in Szentendre, Hungary, was nothing short of inspiring and educational.
For two enlightening days, our partners from aeroMind delved into a comprehensive program, which included both hands-on servicing sessions and immersive flight training experiences. From our workshop facilities to the takeoff runway, aeroMind’s team eagerly explored every corner of our site.
The primary objective of this visit was to provide our partners with an in-depth understanding of the workings of our L10 Series drones. We wanted them to gain insight into what makes our products truly unique. This exclusive peek behind the scenes, coupled with practical and theoretical training, is an offering we extend to all our distributor partners.
During their visit, one participant humorously shared, “We crashed this drone at 3 PM, and by 10 AM the next morning, we got the new propellers, and we were ready to go.” This statement exemplifies the efficiency and effectiveness of our support system.
Furthermore, the participant expressed his admiration for ABZ’s remarkable support network. He said, “I’m really impressed about the support of ABZ […] I think I met almost every technician – Péter is great with service, Gergely is great with Trichogramma, Károly is great with almost everything! There was no question that I asked that Károly couldn’t answer, you know? […] Károly found the answer to every question I had, so yes. I’m really impressed with the support.”
This visit not only strengthened our bond with aeroMind but also highlighted the importance of open communication and knowledge exchange within the drone industry. It’s through such collaborations that innovation thrives.
