During the renovation of an industrial facility, time and budget are the two most critical factors. The Challenge: Decades of Grime and Preparation for Renovation

Our client commissioned us to clean an industrial hall of approximately 5,000 m², predominantly featuring aluminum cladding (with a smaller proportion of glass). The building had never received an exterior wash before, resulting in a significant accumulation of industrial dust and stubborn, greasy dirt on the facade built up over several years.

Surface treatment was justified not only from an aesthetic standpoint: the true objective was the perfect preparation for the planned painting and renovation works.
